Hello 👋 I'm Yogesh. I live in Pune, where I build scalable, AI-driven web applications. I'm a full-stack developer who enjoys building fast, reliable, and thoughtfully designed applications. I work primarily with React and Node.js, focusing on clean architecture, performance, and long-term maintainability.

Over the years, I've grown from an individual contributor into a team lead guiding engineers through architecture decisions, code reviews, and delivery. I enjoy mentoring developers and creating engineering practices that help teams move quickly without sacrificing quality.

These days, I work extensively on AI-driven web applications, exploring how large language models and AI workflows can be integrated into real-world products. I'm particularly interested in local LLMs, AI-assisted development, and the broader impact of AI on modern software engineering.

Outside of work, I enjoy unwinding with co-op games there's something satisfying about coordinating strategies and solving challenges with friends. I'm also an avid reader, always working through a book or two. At home, I love experimenting in the kitchen with my wife, exploring new recipes and techniques to make good food even better. These moments away from the screen help me recharge and often spark unexpected ideas for my technical work.
